Construction Overview for Apr 17 – Apr 21, 2023

During Apr 17 and Apr 21, the Construction Team will continue with regular construction activities on the site while following the guidelines set out by Ontario’s Health officials and the Ministry of Labour’s recommendations.

North end concrete construction is finished and we are working on connecting the equipment in the Mechanical Penthouse. Glazing crews are continuing with the installation of metal panels, curtain walls and windows. Balcony posts and railings will continue on the north side. Fan coils, standpipes and duct work in the north will continue to commence. Landscape work around pool and various amenities has also commenced.

We have commenced landscape work in the courtyard and breezeway on south buildings. Epoxy of parking level is done and we will soon prepare for line painting. Window wall is complete on both south towers, and we are finishing up the suites.

During gate operations, flag people will control the gates to ensure pedestrians’ safety and minimize any impact on traffic.
