During the week of December 20^th, 2021, the Construction Team will continue with regular construction activities on the site while following the guidelines set out by Ontario’s Health officials and the

Ministry of Labour’s recommendations.

On the North end , Level 11 concrete slabs will still be getting formed and poured.  Level 11- 12 verticals are being constructed.  North West side hoist is still being constructed and should be ready to go within a few weeks.

On the South East Tower, construction crews will be forming and pouring level 19-20 verticals. Also on the South, waterproofing will still be ongoing. SW block work on the mechanical penthouse will be ongoing and should be completed as well.  South West curtain wall glass panels should be installed. Interior studs are continuing installation throughout the south towers.

During gate operations, flag people will control the gates to ensure pedestrians’ safety and minimize any impact on traffic.
