During the week of March 28, 2022, the Construction Team will continue with regular construction activities on the site while following the guidelines set out by Ontario’s Health officials and the

Ministry of Labour’s recommendations.

NORTH TOWERS

Construction is progressing well on the North end, level 12 slabs are close to completion and crews are forming and pouring level 13 slab as well as, Level 12-13 verticals.

SOUTH TOWERS

On the South side, construction is steady. Balcony railings have commenced and currently in the installation phase.  Block work at the elevators and the mechanical penthouse will be commencing soon.

Glazing work still continues on the exterior of the south towers, as well as, the installation of the metal panels. Crews continue to board within the South West tower.

During gate operations, flag people will control the gates to ensure pedestrians’ safety and minimize any impact on traffic.
