During the week of October 4,  2021, the Construction Team will continue with regular construction activities on the site while following the guidelines set out by Ontario’s Health officials and the Ministry of Labour’s recommendations.

In the parking level, Cupolex installation is ongoing and nearing Phase 2 completion, pouring of concrete for the Cupolex is scheduled for October 4, 2021.

On the North end, Level 9 concrete slabs are still getting formed and poured. On the South East tower, construction crews will be pouring Level 15 slab and 15-16 verticals. Slab forming for Level 16 will be implemented.  Level 19 slab on the South West tower will still be in progress.

Studs are being constructed on the south towers and moving well. Glazing work still continues on the exterior of the south towers as well as the installation of metal panels. Masonry work is ongoing for both towers.

During gate operations, flag people will control the gates to ensure pedestrians’ safety and minimize any impact on traffic.
