During the week of Sep 19, 2022, the Construction Team will continue with regular construction activities on the site while following the guidelines set out by Ontario’s Health officials and the Ministry of Labour’s recommendations.

North end concrete construction activities will continue. Construction crews will be completing level 25 and 26 slab pours and verticals. The swimming pool on 11^th Amenity Floor is also under construction.

North side glazing crews are continuing with the installation of metal panels and windows on 10^th floor. Fan coils, standpipes and duct work in the north will continue to commence.

On the South side, interior construction development is continuing to progress. Suite rough ins and finishes are taking place on both south towers.

Window wall is complete on both south towers and curtain walls are being installed on ground floor. Planter walls have been poured outside townhouses as a part of landscape work. Railing work will continue on both south towers. Balconies are being coated for weather protection.

During gate operations, flag people will control the gates to ensure pedestrians’ safety and minimize any impact on traffic.
