Construction Overview for Mar 20 – Mar 24, 2023

During Mar 20 and Mar-24, the Construction Team will continue with regular construction activities on the site while following the guidelines set out by Ontario’s Health officials and the Ministry of Labour’s recommendations.

North end concrete construction has some curbs on roof to be done only. Glazing crews are continuing with the installation of metal panels and windows. Balcony posts and railings will continue on the north side. Fan coils, standpipes and duct work in the north will continue to commence. Curtain wall is also under construction on the ground floor on the east, west and north side.

We have commenced landscape work in the courtyard and on south buildings. Epoxy of North half of the Parking level is also on its way. Window wall is complete on both south towers, and we are finishing up railing work on balconies. Hoist on Building C is being removed and we will finish the remaining windows to close off the building.

During gate operations, flag people will control the gates to ensure pedestrians’ safety and minimize any impact on traffic.
