Construction Overview for Mar 27 – Mar 31, 2023

During Mar 27 and Mar-31, the Construction Team will continue with regular construction activities on the site while following the guidelines set out by Ontario’s Health officials and the Ministry of Labour’s recommendations.

North end concrete construction is finished and we are working on connecting the equipment in the Mechanical Penthouse. Glazing crews are continuing with the installation of metal panels, curtain walls and windows. Balcony posts and railings will continue on the north side. Fan coils, standpipes and duct work in the north will continue to commence.

We have commenced landscape work in the courtyard and breezeway on south buildings. Epoxy of North half of the Parking level is also on its way. Window wall is complete on both south towers, and we are finishing up railing work on balconies. Hoist on Building C is removed and we are finishing the remaining windows to close off the building.

During gate operations, flag people will control the gates to ensure pedestrians’ safety and minimize any impact on traffic.
