During Nov-07 and Nov-11, the Construction Team will continue with regular construction activities on the site while following the guidelines set out by Ontario’s Health officials and the Ministry of Labour’s recommendations.

North end concrete construction activities will continue. Construction crews will be completing level 30 and MPH slab pours and verticals. The swimming pool on 11th Amenity Floor is also under construction and we have poured concrete on it and are preparing for rough ins for the walls. Interior suite finishes have also started on 3rd floor of both north buildings.

North side glazing crews are continuing with the installation of metal panels and windows on 12th and 14th floors. We have started installing windows on the link between the North and South buildings and are finished up to 8th Floor. Fan coils, standpipes and duct work in the north will continue to commence. Curtain walls is also under construction on the ground floor on the northwest side. Ramp access to northeast side of the building has been poured as well.

On the South side, interior construction development is continuing to progress. Suite rough ins and finishes are taking place on both south towers. As the cold weather approaches, we are water proofing and placing ballast on MPH Roof on both south towers and we have also done the green roofs. We are also preparing to work on the landscape of the privately owned publicly accessible courtyard and also on the south east building. We are triggering lobbies and townhouses on the Ground and Level 1, as we approach to close the south buildings.

Window wall is complete on both south towers. The windows in the hoist suites of building D have almost been done and we are taking down the hoist this week. Planter walls have been poured outside townhouses as a part of landscape work and we are preparing for the entrance stairs. Railing work will continue on both south towers. Balconies are being coated for weather protection.
During gate operations, flag people will control the gates to ensure pedestrians’ safety and minimize any impact on traffic.
