The Construction Team will continue with regular construction activities on the site while following the guidelines set out by Ontario’s Health officials and the Ministry of Labour’s recommendations.

During the week of June 7, 2021, our Construction Team was successful in achieving an important milestone with the completion of the P1 Garage Slab. The vertical concrete structure and exterior wall waterproofing to the Ground floor continued around the entire project throughout the week. Framing for the Ground floor slab in the NW quadrant of the site is steadily progressing.

During the week of June 14, 2021, the Team will be focusing on the vertical concrete structure work to the Ground Floor level with the intent to accelerate the Ground Floor slab framing. Shoring supports will be removed on the East side of the project allowing the Team access to the East perimeter of the site to prepare the walls to Ground floor in this area.

During gate operations, flag people will control the gates to ensure pedestrians’ safety and minimize any impact on traffic.
