The Construction Team will continue with regular construction activities on the site while following the guidelines set out by Ontario’s Health officials and the Ministry of Labour’s recommendations.

During the week of June 14, 2021, the project focused on the vertical concrete structure throughout the week working across the site to the East side. Framing for the Ground floor slab in the North West quadrant of the site is progressing well. The removal of the shoring supports along the East foundation walls started this week and will be complete by early next week.

During the week of June 21, 2021, the Team will continue to focus on both the vertical structure to Ground Floor and the grid loot slab framing throughout next week. We will also start the last phase of the vertical waterproofing to Ground floor on the East foundation wall areas.

During gate operations, flag people will control the gates to ensure pedestrians’ safety and minimize any impact on traffic.
